Profile
About
WHY — The reason
Governing technical complexity and turning it into a company's engine of growth: that's what drives me. Where others see a system too complicated to manage, I see the competitive advantage to be built.
HOW — The method
I bring engineering rigor, strategy and finance together into a single vision. Over ten years in a global industrial multinational have built a leadership that spans the technical, operational and strategic dimensions at once. An Executive MBA in Strategy & Finance (PoliTO – CUOA Business School) gave formal structure to what I already practiced in the field.
WHAT — The result
I lead an electronic engineering division in a complex industrial context, guiding multidisciplinary teams across mission-critical product portfolios through the entire lifecycle, from concept to industrialization. Design-to-Cost processes that reduced costs while improving reliability; regulatory compliance turned from a constraint into a competitive lever.

Let's talk
I'm interested in organizations tackling ambitious technological and industrial challenges — especially where safety, reliability and regulation are not a constraint but the ground for competitive advantage. If you'd like to discuss engineering leadership, innovation or technology governance, get in touch.
